Mr. Chicken was founded by David and Beryl Furbert, whose vision in the 1980s was to bring to Bermuda, a fast-food restaurant experience similar to the ones they enjoyed while visiting the United States.

In 1985, that vision became a reality with the opening of the first Mr. Chicken location in Heron Bay as a proudly 100% Bermudian-owned company.

More than forty years later, Mr. Chicken has grown to five locations across Bermuda. 

Through hard work, sacrifice, and a commitment to quality food and service, Mr. Chicken has become a true staple in Bermuda’s restaurant industry.
